To be a trusted holding company that grows a resilient, sustainable ecosystem of ventures, delivering value across generations.

Visual Identity Guidelines
These guidelines keep the BERANI logo consistent wherever it appears.
This document is for internal teams, subsidiaries, partners, and creative vendors. When the logo, colors, and type are applied the same way across every medium, BERANI's image as a wise and trusted parent company stays intact. Follow these rules for all materials, print and digital. For anything not covered here, contact the brand team.

Our direction and commitment
Build a sustainable holding company that unites vision with real execution across all business units.
Open equal access and opportunity for partners, talent, and business units to grow into resilient, competitive entities.
Sustain value and benefit — economic, social, and governance — for generations to come.
BERANI was founded as a holding company with one purpose: to unite and strengthen diverse business units so they can grow faster, safer, and last longer — under one vision and one set of rules.
Every unit moves with the same values, standards, and goals.
Being a solid foundation for every business unit to grow and thrive together.
Directing capital and major decisions toward healthy, long-term growth.
One foundation, three values
Every great enterprise grows from a strong foundation. BERANI is that foundation — thinking clearly, protecting carefully, and moving with conviction.
Three values guide every decision: the wisdom to see far ahead, the resolve to protect what is entrusted, and the decisiveness to take important steps. So BERANI does not merely shelter its subsidiaries — it guides them to grow in a clear direction.
Represented by titanium. Crafting smart, data-driven strategy as the control center.
Represented by the bold form. Protecting assets and managing risk so every unit stays stable.
Represented by gold. Decisively funding innovation and leading major decisions without hesitation.
The meaning behind the form
Every part of the logo has meaning — crafted to be professional and memorable.
The bold form signals solid finances and protection for every subsidiary.
Sharp direction and agile movement — a large company that stays quick to seize opportunity.
The spark of capital that brings each venture to life. Its upward direction signals growth.
Protecting from risk while growing the potential of every unit beneath it.
The calm of a foundation you can rely on for the long term.
The durability of metal, reflecting modern intelligence and precision.
The official version system
Two official forms — Full Logo and Icon. Each is available in color and monochrome versions, adapting to background, material type, and print needs.

Clear space and minimum size
Give the logo enough room around it, and keep it clear at small sizes.

Core palette
Three core colors support the whole identity. Gradient gold is used as a premium touch on large-format material.
RGB 201 — 205 — 211
RGB 228 — 169 — 44
RGB 11 — 11 — 14
#ECB94E → #C28A1C at 135°. For small sizes, return to solid gold #E4A92C.Placement on different backgrounds
Choose the version to match the background: primary for dark, reverse for light. Always ensure enough contrast.

What not to do
Protecting the logo's form is protecting trust. Here is what to avoid.

Complementary typefaces
Recommended typefaces that match the logo's technical, premium feel. They can be swapped, as long as headings and body keep clear contrast.
Geometric and precise, in line with the metallic feel.
Neutral and easy to read, for business documents and digital interfaces alike.
Brand Relationships
As a holding company, BERANI applies an Endorsed Brand system. This relationship aims to give each business unit operational flexibility while maintaining credibility ties with the parent company.
Logo Placement Guidelines
Endorsed Format: Each subsidiary must include the 'A BERANI Company' attribution on the footer of official documents, website, or marketing materials.
Size Ratio: The BERANI logo must be placed with a proportion that does not dominate the subsidiary logo. The minimum distance between logos is 2X (X = height of BERANI logo).
Visual Separation: Use a vertical divider or clear empty space to separate the subsidiary identity from the BERANI logo.
Tone of Voice
A solid visual identity must be supported by consistent communication. BERANI's tone of voice reflects our three core values.
Communication must be data-driven, straightforward, and solution-oriented. Avoid wordy language. Focus on long-term goals and efficiency.
Use inclusive, supportive, and professional language. Show that every piece of information is meant to provide certainty and security for both partners and talent.
Use declarative sentences that show confidence. Speak with a steady, firm tone oriented toward real execution.
Language Style
Active and straightforward: Prioritize active over passive sentences.
Consistent: Use standardized terms from the BERANI internal glossary.
Professional: Avoid unnecessary technical language, except when communicating with technical colleagues.
